happy birthday, Rose!

someone is twelve today. she got us up before 7am to open her presents, of which she was muchly pleased. we picked up her first record player (with bluetooth + cd player) and accompanying case, and a mound of records (a combination of stuff we know she likes and stuff we might hope she likes).
